Escrima Stick: THE BEST WAY TO LEARN ALL STRIKES Flow Drill

When training Music Artist who are frequently on Tour and Actors who are on sets of Movies. As a teacher I had to come up with an efficient way for my clients to learn/practice techniques and get them down at a quicker pace! These 7 strikes are used in my Mentor's Guro Arnold Filomeno's system "Armas Filomeno Blend" as well as Inosanto Lacoste Blend and some of these strikes can be found in other Eskrima systems.
