Chun Kuk Do Geicho Hyung Yi Bu Sang Gup

These forms were filmed during the June 2007 Chun Kuk Do Black Belt test. I have them regular speed then in slow motion… mainly to help my students remember the moves when learning them. They are not perfect technique and should only be used as a reminder after the instructor has taught the details of the form.
